Sage Indigo is a visual and verbal artist based in New York City and Philadelphia. He aims to produce striking compositions of beautiful and strong women that explore ideas of vulnerability, sexuality, and androgyny. Indigo’s work is rooted in mood and atmosphere and often marries the extemporary world with the speculative and abstract.
Indigo is currently developing several film projects including his first short feature, which he plans to release later this year. He has a longstanding interest in experimental and arthouse theater. Indigo has published essays and features in print and online including: The Grimoire, The Scrambler, The Idiom Magazine, Micropoetry.com, and the New York – Metro.
